Moodbean Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Moodbean is a highly personalized, AI-driven emotional management application that provides support to you as an individual through:

• Mood Recording & Analysis: Record your daily emotions through text, voice, and images.
• AI Deep Analysis & Companionship: The AI analyzes your mood journal content to engage in one-on-one conversations and provide emotional support.
• Personalized Healing Plans: Based on your emotional data and profile, the AI tailor-generates intervention plans such as meditation scripts, mindfulness exercises, and life advice.
• Personal Data Insights: Visualize your emotional trends and WHO-5 Well-Being Index to help you better understand yourself.

2. Account Registration & Management

Registration: You can quickly log in via Apple, Google, or WeChat (China only) accounts.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13-18 years old, you need parental or guardian consent.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data in "Settings - Delete Account". This will permanently erase all your personal data, including mood journals and AI conversation history, and cannot be recovered.

3. User Content & License

Your Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you input, upload, or create within the App.

Limited License to Provide Services: To deliver the core AI analysis and personalized services, you grant us a limited license to:

• Use, store, and process your User Content to provide AI emotional analysis, generate personalized responses, create custom meditation scripts, and calculate your well-being index.
• Anonymize and aggregate your data with that of other users to create non-personally identifiable aggregate data, used to improve our AI models and algorithms overall, enhancing service accuracy and effectiveness.

Your Representations: You promise your content does not violate any laws or infringe upon any third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property: The App's logo, UI design, code, virtual avatar, and AI-generated content based on your input are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to us.

Your Right to Use: You may use this AI-generated content within the App for your personal use, subject to these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription Service: The App offers free and paid subscription services. Paid subscriptions unlock additional premium features.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew until you actively cancel.

Cancellation: You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your iTunes/Google Play account settings.

Refunds: Paid fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.
• AI suggestions, analyses, or healing plans will be accurate or effective in every instance.
• The service will meet all your specific expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We treat your privacy with the highest level of caution, especially your emotional health data. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. The updated Terms are effective upon posting within the App. Your continued use signifies acceptance.
